Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Refunds


We accept refund requests under the following conditions:
•    Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
•    Incorrect Item Received: If the item delivered does not match your order (e.g., wrong size, color, or product), you may request a refund or exchange.
•    Change of Mind: We offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Refunds are not available for:
•    Sale items or items marked as “final sale.”
•    Digital products (e.g., downloadable files) once they have been accessed or downloaded.
•    Custom-made or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.


 

 

Timeframe for Refund Requests


To qualify for a refund:
1.    Submit your request within 14 days of receiving your order.
2.    Provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).
3.    For damaged/defective items, include photographic evidence showing the issue.


 

 

How to Request a Refund

•    Reason for requesting a refund

Return Shipping

 

If your refund request is approved:


•    For damaged/defective items: We will cover return shipping costs.
•    For change-of-mind returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Please ensure that all returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.

 

Processing Refunds


Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
•    Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
•    Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
Note: We are not responsible for any bank fees, overdraft charges, or currency conversion fees associated with refunds.


 

Exchanges


If you wish to exchange an item instead of requesting a refund:
1.    Follow the same process outlined above under “How to Request a Refund.”
2.    Indicate that you would like an exchange rather than a refund.
3.    Once approved, ship back the original item (if required). Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will send out the replacement item.


 

 

Non-Refundable Services

Please note that services such as expedited shipping fees are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part in fulfilling your order.
