These Terms of Use govern your use of eclecticemporium.store and the games, tools, and pages on it (the "Site"), operated by Eclectic Emporium LLC, a Vermont limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Some of our brands run on their own sites or stores and have their own terms, which apply when you use them. For example, AI Hub Pro at ai.eclecticemporium.store, and our apps on Google Play and the Microsoft Store, which are also subject to those stores' terms. If a product's own terms conflict with these Terms, the product's terms control for that product.

The Site is for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 18, use the Site with the permission of a parent or guardian.
An account is never required to play. If you create an optional account, keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
The Eclectic Emporium name, our brand names, logos, original games, software, artwork, and text are owned by Eclectic Emporium LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. Using the Site does not give you ownership of any of it. Some of our software includes open-source components, which remain under their own licenses.
Many games in our catalog are provided by partners such as Playgama and run inside sandboxed frames. Some instruments embed tools from Google's Chrome Music Lab. These belong to their owners and are governed by their terms. The Site also links to other websites and stores. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or practices.
Some of our games show ads, including ads served by Google, and some offer optional rewarded ads. Partner games may show their own ads. Ads help keep our games free. See our Privacy Policy for how ad partners use cookies.
The Site itself does not sell anything. Paid products, such as AI Hub Pro token packs, are sold on those products' own pages and follow their own terms and pricing.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components, or that game progress stored on your device will never be lost.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Eclectic Emporium LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to 100 US dollars.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may update these Terms, and the new version applies once posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
